Phil & Teds, Schlauch für Kinderwagen 10 Zoll

Set mit 2x 10" Schläuchen für die Räder Deines Swift-, Duett- oder Breeze-Kinderwagens.

Der Schlauch kann ausgetauscht werden, indem der vorhandene Schlauch entleert und dieser sowie der Außenreifen entfernt werden, bevor Du ihn durch Deinen neuen Schlauch ersetzt, den Reifen montierst und den neuen Schlauch mit einer manuellen Handpumpe aufpumpst. Achten darauf, Deinen neuen Schlauch nur auf maximal 20 psi aufzupumpen.

Allgemeine Tipps zur Schlauch- und Reifenwartung

Phil & Teds empfehlen 20 psi (für schnelle und duettierte 10-Zoll-Schläuche) als höchsten Luftdruck, der jederzeit in alle Räder eingebracht werden muss. Es kann etwas niedriger sein, aber dies ist der höchste maximale Druck. Wenn es höher als 20 psi ist, können die Schläuche platzen oder entleert werden. Ein zu geringer Luftdruck kann zu Problemen mit Pinch Flats führen. Dies kann auftreten, wenn Du auf eine Unebenheit stößt und Dein Reifen mit zu geringem Luftdruck bis zur Felge zusammengedrückt wird. Eine unzureichende Inflation kann auch dazu führen, dass sich der Druck mühsamer als gewöhnlich anfühlt und zu einem beschleunigten Reifenverschleiß führt. Um den richtigen Druck aufrechtzuerhalten, wird empfohlen, die Verwendung einer manuellen Hand-/Fußpumpe mit angebrachtem Reifenmessgerät zu nutzen, damit Du verfolgen kannst, wie viel Luftdruck Du in den Reifen einbringst. Phil & Teds empfehlen nur die Verwendung einer Hand- oder Fahrradpumpe, da ein Luftkompressor den Schlauch zu schnell füllen kann.
