VAT refund for export to foreign countries
We will be happy to refund the German VAT back to your account after exporting to a third country.
Please note:
- Please return the original invoice stamped by customs in the original.
- The return shipment must be made within a period of 3 months after receipt of payment, otherwise fees will be charged.
- The VAT will be refunded to the account of the incoming payment. (Paypal, credit card, bank account)
Refund fees:
- Free of charge if the invoice is returned within 3 months after receipt of payment.
- If the invoice is returned later than 3 months after receipt of payment: 9 €.
The fees will be deducted from the VAT refund.
