Delivery to a German island? With DPD an island surcharge of €15.00 applies. With DHL there is no surcharge.
How fast will your order arrive?
Within Germany your goods usually arrive 1–3 working days after the contract is concluded. Abroad it takes 3–7 working days. For payment in advance, the day of your payment instruction counts. There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If the item description states a different delivery time, that one applies. If you order items with different delivery times, we ship everything together in one parcel unless we have agreed otherwise with you. The delivery time is then determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
Returns
Returns from Germany within the withdrawal period are free of charge for you if you ordered through our web shop. You can find all details in our cancellation policy.
Delivery abroad
We ship parcels abroad with DPD and bikes by freight forwarder. Free shipping from €200 applies within Germany only.

Kids' bikes to Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands: €16.90 with DPD.
Norway and Switzerland: Parcel prices apply up to €999 net order value. From €1,000 net order value, shipping to Norway costs €249** and to Switzerland €190**. Transport costs include the export certificate. After export you will receive an invoice from the carrier for import duties and fees.
Parcels are shipped with DPD. * Standard transit time in working days. It is neither assured nor guaranteed. Delays may occur depending on the country, for example due to customs, border areas or islands. Transit times for your postcode can be found in the shipping planner on the DPD website.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes or fees may apply. You pay these not to us but to the responsible customs or tax authorities. Please check the details with them before you order.
