Orbea Laufey H30 2027
The Orbea Laufey H30 2027 is a versatile 29-inch trail hardtail designed for riders who want direct handling, modern geometry and generous front suspension travel. Its triple-butted aluminium frame combines dependable trail performance with a balanced specification for off-road tours, technical descents and varied mountain bike rides.

Equipped with a RockShox Recon RL air fork, a Shimano Deore drivetrain and hydraulic Shimano disc brakes, the Laufey H30 is built for controlled riding on demanding terrain. The 29-inch wheels promote smooth rollover, while the progressive geometry with a 64.5° head angle and 77° seat angle creates a balanced position for both climbing and descending.

Aluminium frame for trail riding
The Orbea Laufey Hydro frame is manufactured from triple-butted aluminium and designed around 29-inch wheels. Its 12 x 148 mm Boost rear spacing provides a modern and stable platform, while an ISCG 05 mount is integrated into the frame.
RockShox Recon RL with 140 mm travel
The RockShox Recon RL features an adjustable Solo Air spring and delivers 140 mm of suspension travel. Its 15 x 110 mm Boost thru-axle supports precise front-wheel tracking on rough and technical trails.
Shimano Deore 12-speed drivetrain
The Shimano Deore M6200 rear derailleur with Shadow Plus technology is paired with a matching Deore M6200 shifter. A SunRace 11–51-tooth cassette provides a wide gear range for steep climbs and faster trail sections.
Simple and durable single-chainring setup
The forged aluminium crankset uses a 32-tooth chainring, keeping operation simple with just one shifter. A KMC X12 chain completes the drivetrain.
Hydraulic Shimano disc brakes
Shimano MT201 hydraulic disc brakes provide controllable braking performance and straightforward modulation across changing trail surfaces.
Tubeless-compatible 29-inch wheels
The aluminium wheels feature a 29 mm internal width, 32 spokes and a tubeless-compatible construction. Their 29-inch format promotes stability and smooth rollover across roots, rocks and loose terrain.
Wide OC cockpit
The OC Mountain Control MC30 handlebar is 800 mm wide and features 20 mm of rise. It is paired with a 3D-forged aluminium stem using a 35 mm clamp and a -7° angle, creating a cockpit focused on confident trail control.
Comfort and control
A Selle Royal 2058 DRN saddle and OC Lock-On grips complete the equipment package for longer rides and technical trail sections.

According to the manufacturer data, the Orbea Laufey H30 2027 is available in Digital Lavender – Acid Gum with a gloss finish, Smooth Silver matt – Titanium gloss and Metallic Cinnamon matt – Black gloss.
Geometry
The modern Laufey geometry combines a slack 64.5° head angle with a steep 77° seat angle. This creates a centred climbing position, while the long reach and generous wheelbase support stability at higher speeds and on steep descents.
