Features
Hydroformed aluminium frame
The Orbea Terra Hydro Disc frame is made from hydroformed, triple-butted aluminium. A 12 x 142 mm rear thru-axle, internal cable routing and a tapered 1.5-inch head tube create a durable and clean frame platform.
Orbea Terra Race ICR full-carbon fork
The full-carbon fork features a 12 x 100 mm thru-axle, the MMS Multi Mount System and mudguard compatibility. Additional mounting points expand the options for carrying luggage and accessories.
Shimano CUES 1x11 drivetrain
The Terra H40 1X combines Shimano U6030 shift and brake levers with a Shimano CUES U6000 GS Shadow rear derailleur. The single 40-tooth chainring simplifies operation and reduces the number of drivetrain components that need to be shifted.
Wide gear range
The Shimano CS-LG400 11-speed cassette with an 11–50-tooth range provides suitable gearing for faster sections, changing terrain and steeper climbs.
Hydraulic Shimano disc brakes
Shimano RS405 hydraulic disc brakes provide controlled and dependable braking performance in changing weather and surface conditions.
Tubeless-compatible 700C wheels
The aluminium wheelset has a 21 mm internal rim width and is tubeless-compatible. The 12 x 100 mm front and 12 x 142 mm rear thru-axles support precise handling.
Vittoria Terreno T50 gravel tyres
Vittoria Terreno T50 Mixed Gravel Sport tyres in 700 x 40C combine efficient rolling with grip and control across mixed surfaces.
Generous tyre clearance
The frame offers clearance for tyres up to 50C. With mudguards fitted, tyres up to 45C can be used, allowing the Terra H40 1X to be adapted to the terrain, intended use and preferred level of comfort.
Multiple mounting points
Mounting points on the seat tube, top tube, down tube and fork make it easier to securely attach bottle cages, bags and additional touring equipment.
OC Gravel cockpit
The OC Gravel GR31-R handlebar features 15 mm rise, 70 mm reach and 110 mm drop. Combined with the OC Road Performance RP23 stem with a -5-degree angle, it creates a sporty yet versatile riding position.
Carbon seatpost and Fizik saddle
The SP 0.2 carbon seatpost has a 27.2 mm diameter and 20 mm setback. It is paired with a 140 mm Fizik Terra Argo X7 saddle with aluminium rails.
