You are welcome to collect your order directly from the shop or service point! This is how it works:
- You select collection from the shop or service point as the shipping method in the checkout.
- You will receive an email with the pick-up address and all the information about the pick-up.
- We will process your order once payment has been received.
- You will receive an e-mail/call when the goods are ready for collection.
LARGE SHOP IN ROTTWEIL-NEUFRA
Conveniently located between Stuttgart and Lake Constance, you will find our large shop in Rottweil-Neufra. You can view a large selection of our range live in over 700m² of retail space. Unfortunately, we can't have every one of our 8,000+ items from the online shop available for you in the shop. If you would like to view a particular item, please give us a call before your visit and, if possible, we will have the item ready for you.

Are you from the Lake Constance region or the surrounding area? Then you can easily pick up your order at our BIKEBOX Servicepoint in Meckenbeuren (Benzstraße 7, 88074 Meckenbeuren)!
Here you will also find a small bike exhibition and you can place service orders for your bike.
OWN WORKSHOP FOR SERVICE & REPAIRS
If there are any problems with your purchased product after the warranty has expired, we will repair it directly on site in Rottweil-Neufra. We can fix minor problems quickly and easily without having to send the item to the manufacturer. You can rely on our comprehensive service from competent workshop professionals, because we will help you quickly and personally.

Are you having problems with your bike or is the annual inspection due? Then our service box is the right place for you.
