Returns

Returning an item - it's easy with BIKE BOX!

You want to return an item? No problem.

Within the withdrawal period of 14 days, we will bear the return costs for parcels from Germany, provided the order was placed via our webshop. 

It's really easy - register a return with a customer account or as a guest orderer

After purchasing and shipping the goods, you will have received the following emails from us

  • Order confirmation
  • Link to the returns registration

There is a link in both emails that you can use to register your return

For security reasons, we ask for the zip code of your delivery or billing address.

Once you have entered this, you will be taken to your order and can register the return.

You must take this into account when returning goods!

  • For purchases not made via our webshop, the withdrawal policy and return policy of the relevant marketplace apply. 
  • When returning batteries, please note the accompanying documents in the package and send us an e-mail to info@bikebox-shop.de (return shipment only possible in the undamaged original box). 
  • If DHL is selected as the shipping method, we cannot refund the shipping costs in the event of a return.
  • Important: Return costs for returns outside Germany are to be borne by the customer. 

EXCHANGE

  • Please check the online store to see if the item is still available in the right size or color and simply order it again. 
  • Simply return your first order. We will refund the purchase amount upon receipt of your return. Processing usually takes 14 days, then your money will be back in your account.
  • Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible.
