Since a change in the law in 2012, bicycles and e-bikes have been treated in the same way as company cars for tax purposes. This means that you can finance your new bike as an employee through your employer and thus receive tax benefits. Your employer deducts a portion of your gross salary each month and uses it to finance the leasing rate for the bike or e-bike.
