WINNER OF THE GERMAN BRAND AWARD 2018
We are delighted to have won one of the most important German brand awards! We were honoured for successful brand management in the category ‘Excellence in Brand Strategy, Management and Creation’. The importance of the brand as a decisive success factor is thus implemented in the strategy in an outstanding manner and the brand is further developed in an exemplary manner. The added value that customers receive from BIKEBOX is sustainably embedded in the brand communication. ‘This prestigious award, which is recognised throughout Germany, makes us very proud as a small company,’ reports Steffen Faulhaber, our founder and Managing Director. He emphasises that his thanks go to all business partners and customers as well as the entire team. Other award winners included Deutsche Lufthansa AG, Media Markt and VAUDE Sports GmbH, which were honoured with the special "Best of Best" award.
PLENTY AWARD 2018 - 3RD PLATZ
At the Shop Award of the multichannel shop provider plentymarkets, we were able to achieve 3rd place out of more than 100 participants! In particular, we were recognised for our multichannel concept, international sales and local roots. ‘We are fully committed to the glocal concept and want to offer our customers the best possible shopping experience both online and offline in our shops,’ says Steffen Faulhaber, BIKEBOX founder and Managing Director. The Plenty Award 2018 was presented at the 11th plentymarkets Online Retailer Congress on 3 March in Kassel. Steffen Faulhaber and his wife Sandra duly accepted the award.
SHOP USABILITY AWARD 2017 & 2018 - KATEGORIESIEGER & 2. PLATZ
We are delighted to be the winner of the prestigious Shop Usability Awards 2017 in one category! In the ‘Toys, Kids & Baby’ category, we were recognised as the best online shop in Germany. In 2018, we almost repeated our success from the previous year with 2nd place in the same category. The Shop Usability Award is considered an important honour in online retail and has been awarded for 10 years. In 2017, 714 applications were submitted in 12 categories and 5 special categories.
