Specialized S-Works Stumpjumper Evo 2022 Trail Bike
The S-Works Stumpjumper EVO is not just a trail bike. No, it's a true shred machine built to rock the gnarliest trails. Rocks, roots, jumps, drops - no problem for the EVO.
With its all-new design, from S-sizing with adjustable head tube angle to 160 mm of travel, this piece is the absolute trail weapon. The S-Works Stumpjumper EVO - get rowdy! Like any bike with S-Works in the name, the S-Works Stumpjumper EVO is made to get it right. A FOX Factory fork and shock handle suspension duties, while SRAM Code RSC four-piston brakes and a full SRAM AXS shifting group complete this setup.
160mm of travel tames the trail (S1: 150mm):
Even the greatest suspension travel is useless without the right kinematics, which is why they were prioritized in the development of the Stumpjumper EVO design. The uphill pedaling performance is greatly improved. At the same time Specialized has created a powerful, efficient and lively bike that every biker craves. In addition, the anti-squat behavior has been increased, so that the chassis resists bobbing better. Your S-Works Stumpjumper Evo swallows angular obstacles with ease, so you lose less speed.
Progressive, Adjustable Geometry:
The S-sizing geometry of the Stumpjumper EVO is long, low, flat, a low offset fork, a steeper seat tube angle - all of which make your ride a better experience. Every rider has different bike requirements, which is why the geometry of the Stumpjumper EVO is fully customizable with six different settings. So not only the bottom bracket height can be adjusted by 10 mm, but also the head tube by up to two degrees. Should you want to ride with the EVO a 27.5 "rear wheel in conjunction with a 29 "front wheel - no problem, there is also the perfect setting.
Rider-First Engineered™:
Rider-First Engineered™ frames use a frame size-dependent approach to keep ride characteristics identical across all sizes. Whether you're a small S1 rider or a giant on an S6 bike, the ride characteristics remain the same. Cornering like you're on rails and balanced stiffness between front and rear wheels - all while keeping weight to a minimum.
SWAT™:
When Specialized introduced the SWAT™ box on the Stumpjumper in 2016, they increased the storage space, providing ample room for puncture protection equipment. On the new Stumpjumper, the design feature has been retained, but the volume is now larger. Additionally, you get a SWAT™ hydration bladder that lets you stash 650ml of water in your down tube.
